Chinese Calligraphy Paper with Grid, 100 Sheets, White Rice Paper for Brush Writing, Xuan Paper,Calligraphy Practice Paper for Beginners (White, Grid-5cm)

Please Note: The framework for my review considers the quality and use as a practice paper, not a for use in professional exemplars and/or final art pieces.This paper works really well for my disposable calligraphy brush pens (with ink cartridges) and for my brushes with various hairs (from inexpensive brushes to high-quality brushes). The texture is such that this paper works well with a variety of inks from commercially prepared to when I practice mixing my own and there’s little bleed-through. While the paper isn’t as thick as watercolor papers, Bristol, marker paper, or similar (which I did not expect it to be — setting expectations), it is quite nice for this application and is sufficiently thicker than a tracing paper, for example. The size is perfect for practice. I find this package to be a great value for the money. I’m quite pleased with it.
