longyinzhai Synthetic Squirrel Hair 5 Round tip Professional Brush Set, Watercolor Acrylic Gouache Painting Supplies

I am extremely impressed with this set of five Longyinzhai Synthetic Squirrel Hair Round brushes! I have found a new favorite brand of brush that is a must have supply for my daily art creation! I use these brushes with watercolor and gouache paint. This set comes with sizes 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 in round brushes with very pretty teal colored wooden handles. I do not own or use real squirrel hair brushes, so I can not compare these to real squirrel hair. I do however use a more expensive set of synthetic squirrel brushes that I compared these brushes to. I compared the size of the brushes, and the sizes are very similar to the standard size that most expensive popular brands use for brushes. The Longyinzhai synthetic squirrel hair brushes felt very similar to the expensive set, and they felt just as nice and smooth when I painted with them. The main difference between the two is that the Longyinzhai brushes have a longer, sharper tip that is better for details and fine lines, and the expensive brand can hold a little more paint. However, for the price, these Longyinzhai brushes are on par with the expensive synthetic squirrel brand! For the current price of this set of five Longyinzhai brushes, (about $13 USD), I can only purchase ONE brush in the expensive brand, even though they feel and paint very similarly. This set of brushes is great quality and a great value! These would be great for artists of all experience levels! I definitely recommend these brushes to watercolor and gouache artists!
